The relevant person in charge of the transmission and inspection center of the State Grid Taizhou Power Supply company said that in order to eliminate this disease, the company jointly with the China Institute of Electricity and other scientific research units to carry out technical research, the innovation point focused on the optimization of the tightening process and the upgrading of bolts and nuts, and jointly participated in the research and development of 30° wedge lock nuts. By wedge design, the slope Angle is greater than the bolt Angle and special thread design, the bolt cannot be pulled out after tightening, so that the bolt and nut are tightly fastened into a whole, improve the reliability and flow conductivity of the connector, and fundamentally solve the heating problem ‌.

Despite its appearance, this small nut is a collection of reliable shockproof, anti-loosening performance, uniform load distribution, improve fatigue strength and not subject to severe temperature changes and environmental effects, and has the advantages of universal and lightweight design, especially suitable for transmission line drainage plate wire clamp, anti-vibration hammer and other loose due to heat problems, can effectively reduce the probability of heating.
